By accessing and using MYTradesBook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

MYTradesBook is an online trading journal platform that allows users to log, track, and analyze their trading activity. The Service includes AI-powered analysis, chart replay, CSV import, and performance reporting tools.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not permitted

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are not available for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Abuse the AI analysis feature (e.g., automated bulk queries)
• Share your account with others or resell access

You retain full ownership of all trade data, journal entries, and screenshots you upload to MYTradesBook. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

• Affiliates earn a flat 10% recurring commission on referred subscriptions
• Payouts are processed on the 10th of each month via UPI, PhonePe, or GPay
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent traffic will result in immediate termination
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time

MYTradesBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
